The ARDMS examinations are computerized and are booked through the ARDMS in the US. There are multiple sites where you can take the Exam. Once you have sent your educational documents and credentials to ARDMS and they are satisfied that the criteria for writing the exam have been met they will schedule the exam for you at the site most convenient to you.
