Your Responsibilities:
• Working as a team with Account Managers, establish a customer qualification and demonstration strategy for each potential demonstration, with emphasis on customers’ needs.
• Conduct presentations of the unique features and benefits of Philips equipment. Complete a proactive customer’s training plan when appropriate.
• Deliver on-site technical/clinical presentations and training to customers.
• Participate in trade-shows as demonstrator of equipment, clinical trials for ultrasound business units as requested and in special market development activities (e.g. Key Customer Program activities).
• Provide post sales applications support.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers at all levels in the buying organization, within his/her organization (the sales team and corporate), and within the industry.
Essential/Job Requirements
• University education or alternate post secondary with related experience.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in Cardiology Ultrasound.
• Good understanding of the healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment and related technology.
• Knowledge of adult teaching, training delivery and techniques along with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in presentation to small and big groups.
• Superior communication skills in English and French.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills along with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Superior interpersonal skills along with a customer service focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Power Point and Lotus Notes.
• Availability to travel frequently (75%).
